John Gotell is the Home and Commercial Master Inspector at Arrive Inspections Inc. He has worked in the construction Industry for over 25 years both in the field and as an Estimator. He has extensive residential, commercial and industrial experience. John is a fully trained and certified Master Inspector with Cannachi/Internachi Also, he is a Journeyman Electrician as well as an Instrumentation Engineering Technologist.

Jody Gotell has home inspection and building science training, however her expertise is communications and report writing. Jody does the reporting at Inspections onsite which affords a very accurate and timely report. Also, she is excellent with customer service and tending to all of the questions and communications before, during and after the Inspection.
